Milana Boutique is a young women’s fashion store with Portuguese quality.

As Márcia Santos tells us any experience is enriching. The owner of Milana, located at Avenida Dr. Renato Araújo, nº 104, in São João da Madeira, is a former physical education teacher who has been able to assert her contact with the public, to create bridges with her clientele and to show that her generation perpetuates the spirit of proximity trade.
In her shop we find pieces for all tastes and ages, with an offer based on excellent Portuguese brands. The well presented blue jeans, sweaters and dresses, vanish away from the shelfs to fill the shopping bags of delighted customers, mainly for the excellent bargain, but also for the well trained eye of Márcia, who at a glance can see the right combination for the customers. The dialogue is also a tool that she does not hesitate to use, to better know the tastes of each client and to realize the most adequate solution for them.

The store owes its name to the Italian brands at the time of its design. Milana is therefore a tribute to Milan, transformed into a feminine gender by the fact that the establishment sells women’s clothing. However, Márcia knew how to listen to the market and, through the search for Portuguese quality by her clientele, as well as the recognition of the significant improvement of national design, she gradually opted for brands such as Ruga, Guimanos, Miss you, Ricaju and Sandro Ferrone.
The jump to trade was facilitated by Lurdes Cruz, owner of a clothing store, who did not hesitate to pass on all the knowledge she had accumulated in many years of experience in the area. Márcia, on the other hand, always liked the fashion world, keeping abreast of new trends, which facilitated the transition.

The place where Milana is located has already assumed diverse identities, namely a travel agency and a well-known stationery store in São João da Madeira, Sepia, proof that a space is defined by the creativity of its owner. Márcia knew exactly how to do it with mastery. The corridors of her establishment invite us to take a colorful journey, quietly enjoying the pieces distributed with affection by the chariots and listening as a background sound the gentle and ponderous advices of Márcia.
Despite the exclusive marketing of women’s clothing, the store also has male customers who know that Milana, with its diversified offer, is always the store of choice for those ‘one choice shot” special gifts.
The street where the shop is located has several points of interest and the Milana is undoubtedly one of them. A young store, with a long path of growth and success ahead.
